Del Alma Psychological Services is a telehealth-based psychotherapy practice that offers individual psychotherapy to adults residing/located in the states of Oregon and Florida.
Dr. Vargas is passionate about psychotherapy. She primarily utilizes an attachment-based and trauma-informed approach to help clients understand how past experiences impact current patterns, while also supporting meaningful growth, change, and healing in the present.
If you are interested in understanding patterns that you feel unable to shift or change, gain insight into your emotions and behavior, or understand the origins of how you navigate life to make future changes - this practice might be a good fit for you.

Review fees & check insurance.
I will review my fees with you.
If you plan to use health insurance to cover your services, I will assist you with verifying coverage and receiving an estimation of benefits and costs.

Complete intake paperwork.
We will schedule our first appointment and you will complete intake paperwork prior to our session.

Attend first appointment.
Our first appointment is typically 45 to 55 minutes. We will discuss your concerns, goals, and needs for services and collaboratively create a plan of care.
